Today is another day. I will be strong and keep to the diet 100%. This will not get me down.
81.3 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 8.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That's why I don't weigh myself everyday...the daily fluctuations would drive me batty! Heck, the weekly ones drive me batty enough! LOL Hang in there, today is a brand new day. :)

Thanks, you know I try not to weigh myself everyday but the machine beckons me. It is evil , I even hid it from myself but it finds its way back to my bathroom. LOL. I am determined not to give up, and with good buddies like yourself helping me with my struggles really helps and is greatly appreciated. Merck.
