Tried to stay focused. Starting my old habits again. Had 8 Hershey's kisses today. Kept telling myself they are so small and harmless when in my heart I know they are small doses of poison.

I tend to lie to myself, but what helps is putting it down on paper, I guess this is a form of confession.
Still eating well.
81.0 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
