I am eating healthier but I am still making poor choices. Like last night I had a can of regular pop instead of diet. I have to be more strict...my spouse is starting a new diet and going to the gym on Monday so I hope this will help me!!! I am going to the gym at lunch today, I will probably ride the bike 4 miles.
