I went to the cheesecake bistro and I had crawfish ravioli, root beer and cheesecake. I felt a little guilty eating it but it was my birthday and today I'm back on track. I still have leftovers though, so I guess I'm really not on track. But I am sharing with my husband and I packed a bunch of spinach in our lunches, and tonight we will have chicken and veggies. I'm worried about this weekend in New Orleans. We won't be taking our LLCocktail or cran water. I will be watching what I eat though! I'm afraid of all the sodium and grease I might consume. I am going to try to eat lots of fish and very little grains! When we come back, it is right back to our diet!!!
