Good Morning,
I found it hard getting up this morning. I usually can get up no problem in the mornings, somehow, I'm draggin butt today.
I was not able to get my exercise in the am prior to church and we were off and running for the day, so last night we got home at 9:30 and my hubby took care of getting the kids through the showers and into bed, while I went off and did my walking dvd. I not only did it, but I did the whole 3 miles! I have not been happy with the scale and I know I've had a couple of days with dinners out and the guilt over rode and I stayed into it for the entire video.
I jumped on the digital this am and was not happy. I am in the middle of Aunt Flo's visit. I am hoping that once she leaves town, I will see a better number.
Today, I plan on keeping on track and will be off to Curves once the kiddos are off to school. I will plan a nice healthy meal for the family with lots of veggies! I really need to see a good number soon.
