Back on track. I went a little off track because of school, but I'm gonna pay more attention now. Now I'm at a good 114 lbs.. I'm trying to eat normally and in small portions rather than only sticking to my diet foods like I did the past. Went for a 4 mile jog yesterday at the park and feel good! :) Burned off a good 450 calories. Will workout tomorrow, but probably won't today since I have a huge exam on Tuesday. I hate class.
