So the last few days I havent been going out and walking/working out because of the heat...and now its supposed to get hotter! Lol...so i kicked my but into gear and worked out and home...I did strengh training, latin dance cardio, and yoga. The i walked a mile with my weights. I usually walk closer to 4 miles outside, but i figure everything together should equal about the same :) And its better than sitting on my butt making excuses about the weather :p
