Well, the good news is that I am still at 167 - the bad news is that i haven't managed to lose any more weight. However, I don't think I've been as dedicated as I had in the past. Since joining Fatsecret I have been more liberal about the foods I eat as long as I keep my calories and fat intake on the lower side. I guess as long as I don't gain, it should all work out.
I can believe I did not make it thru the day once again. I had a big toasted bagel with butter and topped it off with a Coke - I'll never lose weight at this rate. My next goal is to lose another 4 lbs in the next 2 weeks. Let's see how I do.
