OMG! Just as i think im in the clear....my sons school is having a PASTA FEED next week!!!!! Its a fundraiser..and i always go to fundraisers, but I WILL NOT SURVIVE A PASTA FEED LOL! I will take one bite and gain 20 lbs lol. Should I skip it?? Id love to go but it would be total induction sabotage lol

I second that. Just donate to the event and save yourself the torture and the extra weight gain. I've had to give up all kinds of fundraisers because of this very reason, but I try to give in other ways to my church and stuff. I wish I had the motivation to try to change their focus on carb-laden junk food, but the only way to make money on a fund raiser is to sell cheap (non-nutritional) food for way too much money. That is the whole idea, isn't it? To get people to give money by giving them SOMETHING in return. They get more out of a donation if you don't actually eat the food anyways. I know people who buy tickets to those things and then don't go. They just support the cause.

I didnt take those poundmelter pills...and everyone was right; all my cravings and hunger went away...i have to TRY and get in all my meals/snacks...lol...like sometimes i forget breakfast because im not hungry :P Im going to do the fatflush thing i think to help jumpstart me...any tips/advise besides the basics im reading??

I agree - I would skip this one. Sometimes I can survive these things, but not when its something that's a favorite. And definitely not when its a meal and that's the only thing served!! Don't even tempt yourself. Find something else that you JUST HAVE TO DO! Then you can feel like you have a good excuse not to go!!
