Happy Weekend, my Favorite Followers!

I am excited to say my elliptical showed up Thursday evening! UPS left the huge and heavy box in the driveway...but I was able to move it and then deadlift it into the house! It weighed 98 pounds...said it right on the box!

The directions for assembly are really complicated though...so my husband and I will work on it together today to put it together. Over 100 pieces!

I am chomping to get some movement going. Because of my hip, I have limited ability to do walking so the elliptical is essential.

Here is a "before" and "after" for your amusement!

Goal Calories: For weight loss - 1200 or less (OMAD average 600 or less)

Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle - Tom Venuto

Goals: 2020
* Down on the Idiot Box while rebuilding muscle
* Bodyfat% reading with trainer once weight is down
* Drink at least 12-14 cups of fresh water/fluids daily
* Continue HIIT mixed in with weight lifting four to five days a week
* Keep up the training notebook to achieve progressive overload

Long Range Goals:
*Bodyfat at 27% or less (current 29.38%) in 2020
*Longer range body fat goal is 25% - which at my age is great!
*Maintain 160lbs or less staying under goal weight in 2020
*Increased strength, endurance and flexibility during workout

Great job! First time I recall seeing you before and after. I’m glad you have an extra pair of hands to help with the mechanical puzzle.

Your transformation, dedication and grit are inspiring! When i got my elliptical i asked my bff and his dh to put it together for me as my birthday present. Those boys hauled it up to my attic and spent the day assembling helga. I literally send them a little mental ty every time i am on her.
