I'm just worried about snacking and over eating during the 21 day lockdown. I'm already freaking out.

Stick to Whole Foods and make sure you don’t go over your max calorie intake

You and me both Makadintle 🙈 already fell off the wagon yesterday. Not easy to stick to healthy eating when your life gets disrupted and your livelihood gets affected.

I'm also worried. I've been doing a lot of positive self talk telling myself that I don't overheat. I also think routine and planning your meals beforehand (by calorie intake, not by craving) will help

it's not going to be easy. but these times are challenging for all of us in different ways. dont be too hard on yourself... some days will be great, others won't be perfect. no matter how many times we opened the fridge on a day, we are all still here to support each other - no judgements... you just do what you can.
