trying to stay on diet to a point. have to got back to the office after tomorrow. cause GM doesn't doesn't trust us to work from home. so that's been stressing me out. which does make me want to stress eat. it's fun trying to stay home to make sure my autistic kids have the support they need at home and so they dont get sick. but the have to go back to do a job that can and was being done from home. which makes me want to stress eat and could lead to being unhealthy again.
