I ran a 10K last Sunday and then promptly got sick Monday with a cold. All week all I craved was comfort food. Crap. And all week... all I ate was comfort food. Crap. I put on 5 lbs this week. 5.2 lbs to be exact. It's all good. I re~joined weight watchers and am now working hard to get that 50 lb medallion. I'm only 6.4 lbs away. I can do this! I will do this!
