Help...my graph says I am losing 7.5 pounds per week...which is not accurate. I went from 167.2 to 164.0 which is 3.2 pound in a week. When I looked on the graph to cancel I don't see how I can...Is it because I started 10 days ago and didn't weigh in at exactly the 7th day? Need a little clarification. ThanksFeel GREAT...I just need to stay motivated...I joined the fatsecret BIGGEST LOSER today and think that is going to help!

I don't understand the weekly loss either! It sometimes seems to work, sometimes not! I'd also rather it showed actual average weekly loss to date, as it suggests, rather than just that week's change - that would be more interesting!

i think it projects out your wt loss/gn. meaning if you lose 2 lbs in a day it projects 10/wk. that was my first thought when that happened to me, but I haven't looked at any numbers to verify! let me know if that works out? thanks! pjam

The graph seems really designed for weekly weigh-ins which include a decimal point. As soon as I started doing that, everything was accurate. I still weigh myself every day, but the official recording is on Tuesdays after breakfast, workout, shower and hairdry. :)~
