Hello all!! How is everyone doing in this stressful time? So since I have been banished to shelter-in-place, I have been eating a lot less carbs? Why you may ask? Because I’m not eating out as much! I am grateful for that! My job also used to do catering every weekend so, I am done with that! Now that I’m stuck in the house, I am forced to think about my health more, so despite the madness that’s is going on, this has been a positive experience.
