Well didn't go over on points over on my fat goal but it's because of the peanuts I wish FS would separate out "good" fats from bad because it makes it appear bad when I'm actually eating something that is supposed to be healthy.
I had to work late today and I didn't get a chance to walk and now I'm exhausted.
One step at a time.
