Took a couple of rough measurements since my scale is saying that I am not changing, and I'd like to know if I am in fact just holding steady or if I am continuing to shrink, just not in lbs. My thighs are each 23" and my waist is 28". That gives me a baseline to work from as to whether I am achieving my fitness goals as my thighs could loose a couple more inches each if I can tone them up and my waist has a little more fat that could go away.
