You inspire me to start running.
How do I start?

I started in July which was crazy hot so I started walking and just added a little bit of jogging as I could. I got good running shoes (I like ASICS) and signed up for a 5 k to keep me motivated. I can not run on a treadmill so I do most of my running outside :) It really does work ! And it lets me eat a lot more lol.
