Haven't logged in a while. Still battling the last few pounds. I am at the point where I have started putting on muscle, and although i am reduicing my body fat percentage I am unable to lose the last few pounds. Ideally, I would like to be 175, but I am not sure if i will stick to that weight as my goal. I am at 180 now and the diet has truly become my new lifestyle. However, football season is starting so that will be a challenge!
