I am doing well with IF, it's becoming a regular pattern of eating, altho I vary it on weekends. Now that we are quarantined due to Covid/19 virus, I will up my exercise routine. Today I walked the park and did 25 sec. of plank. I will double that tomorrow. I have not gotten bac3 mk on the scale and feel about the same weight, maybe down a little. Hot flashes are still happening but not real strong ones. I am trying to way limit alcohol use but go in spurts. I'm taking a good multi vitamen, turmeric, D3 along with antidepressant, levo, and prevastatin. I haven't had a functional breather for about months.
