Okie dokie...it began today! Terrific timing on my part though...a holiday weekend! LOL! And before I found this site, I had already planned...and shopped for...a cookout for Labor Day. Well, at least it's not a party; just the two of us. I can get by with almost anything as long as I have 'dogs and beans for Dave :) And it's not like there won't other obstacles along the way. For example, Halloween and Christmas are especially hard for me! How do other chocoholics get through all of the landmines during those seasons? One thing for sure, I will definitely have to avoid the seasonal aisles at the grocery store!

UGH! I know what you mean! I just got back from our Kroger & they were putting up Halloween signs! They already had the candy on the shelves!!!!! Just find yourself something not so sinful, yet chocolate! Try the 100 calorie packs of Oreo crisps, chocolate covered pretzels or Chips Ahoy. I think they are good & it satisfies my sweet tooth. I am even thinking about handing them out to trick-or-treaters this year! It's better for them than that pure sugar stuff! Hopefully they won't EGG my house afterwards! lol! =D
