Snack Alert 🚨 Lol Best snack find in Aldi !!!!! High protein and only 1.6 g carbs And 4.4 g fibre so basically 0 carbs (199 calories ) But for keto perfect There are 3 flavours but the nut one and the choc caramel MUCH higher like 8 grams carbs So the choc coconut the bomb ✅👍

Hey I not sure how strict keto your doing but beware of malitol in the ingredients this spikes ur insulin and should b pretty much added to the carb count 😊
