Amazing! Down to 162.5 this morning (Probably due to my monthly visitor going away). After having a cheeseburger, pizza, fried chicken, potato salad and frosted sugar cookies over the weekend. Now that is a diet I could sell to somebody! Will keep at it this week to work out at least 4 x during the week, and no junk during the week. Hopefully nobody will bring anything too tempting to the office.
