I'm not a sugar addict so can only suggest trying to watch for personal YouTube/vlog uploads of people who have & how they did it. Sorry I can't help more, good luck

one thing at a time. Starting with the most obvious. eg sugar you add yourself to tea, cereals etc

I found putting chocolate in the freezer and taking only a slice of it (mars bars/snickers) or a single square and letting that melt on the tongue helped me through my chocolate cravings. Not sure if that would help you too.

Werthers Originals sugar free candy and Natvia organic stevia sweetener did the trick for me.
