Not denying it anymore. Can't blame it on AF or being constipated any longer. I've gained back a little over three pounds. Gah. Must get back to drinking my 4 liters of water a day and the ice cream bars at night have to stop.

I did manage to get back to my 6.2km walk today.
120.3 kg Lost so far: 19.9 kg.    Still to go: 9.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
