早安🌞🌞🌞(其實外面天還是黑的)

今天早餐是鮪魚椰子卷,裡面包

起司片
鮪魚
蘆筍
生菜

鮪魚罐頭碳水也蠻低的,蛋白質跟脂肪都足夠,還有微微微量的Omega-3。也是早餐不錯的選擇,不過還是不能多吃,畢竟它還是加工食品。
