Mabelfat's Journal, 06 Mar 20

I have struggled with an eating disorder for almost 4 years now. Since I am in recovery I have gained an amount of weight which really REALLY bothers me. I also struggle with binge eating and it kills my vibe everyday. No one of my family nor friends know about my past and current problem and I feel ashamed to tell them. Whats do I do? :// Maybe someone has went through something familiar?

I know it's difficult, but your doing something about it and you should be proud of yourself. I might not understand, but if you need someone to talk to, I will help as much as I can. We all have binge days so don't beat yourself up about it. Your doing great and if you feel any kind of emotion just write it. We are all here to support one and other through good and the bad. 🙂🌹

If there family & genuine friends I’m sure they would be nothing but 💯 % supportive as BBgum says your other FS community family are here from afar as a hopefully a source of strength and understanding.

I agree with with what bubblegum and HumpT have said, no need to feel ashamed we all have human failings and no one is perfect, learn to be happy with who you are. do not let anyone put you down, be proud of who you are. You are here to improve yourself by achieving your goal, a step in the right direction. be realistic with your goal weight do not set it to low, better to set it higher than what you are aiming for then lower it when you reach this goal. Keep posting and you will receive the support that we all need.
