I wrote a nice long note to you, and my computer pooped out! Booo!
Anyways, to make a long post short....
Be strong. Whatever it is you're going through...just remind yourself that there is no food that is going to fix it, or make it go away. And, in my own personal experience...it only makes you feel alot worse if you binge. Afterwards, there's an overwhelming feeling of failure and disappointment. I had to come to the realization that food is fuel, not therapy. So, now I am working on losing all the weight from my emotional eating binges from long ago.
Be strong, and talk it out. I'll be here if you need someone to listen...HUGS!!!! andrea

Sometimes, I think the seasons have an effect on how we deal with stuff. Like right now, the old me would be stuffing my face with ice-cream.
If you're having cravings, have you tried the dill pickle approach? Whenever you feel the need to eat sweets, chomp a dill pickle instead. The intense saltiness just totally messes with the taste buds, gets them all confused and before you know it...you're craving water! LOL!
My purse is totally stocked with 4 different Atkins bars...depending on what I want. Can't always carry a dill pickle everywhere, ya know! So, taking little precautions, planning, and taking certain supplments has helped me immensely. Are you taking any kind of vitamin-supplements?
