To make my hummus I use cumin, garlic, salt, & pepper w/ lime juice. Warm the beans & throw them in a food processor until desired consistency is reach. If you have extra calories to spare you can us light SC, cream cheese, or cottage cheese to make it more like the store bought kind. Guacamole is just mashed up avocado with lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Tasty eats!!!
