So even though I have osteoarthritis in my lower spine and hip, copd and a severe heart condition I have made it to the gym everyday this week and the weight is slowly coming off.. not gonna lie though it is killing me, but is worth every minute of pain.

Although I’m going gym I focus on the treadmill nothing else as my body won’t let me do much else apart from the rowing machine x

Thank you for everyone for your support, it means a lot. I only managed half hour in the gym this morning due to a cold and pain in my back, but although I’m aching from head to toe it was worth it... because I’m spending the rest of the day in bed relaxing!
