Started a week ago on Augut 22nd - so far so good - had a bad day in which I had a hot fudge sunday (I am not an ice cream eater but really wanted one on this day)
76.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
