well i think my vacation is catching up with me. It's been hard to get back in the swinging of things. Im still counting, and writing stuff down even a couple times i have caught myself thinking about NOT writing things down, But weightloss is about being accountable to. I have found that i have started eating out of boredom again which needs to be nipped in the butt ASAP. Im making a effort to get in a bit of excerise at work, but with the new puppy its been really hard to focus just on myself. I really would like to wake up a lot earlier than i do and come up to work to work out, (we have a free gym), at least its getting cooler to take the dogs for walks now...im in a wedding in 9 months, and the dress is NOT big girl friendly. So im aiming for 80lbs by may.
