Après quelques manquements à ma routine sportive (genre les 3 derniers mois avec un déménagement à plus de 8000km de chez moi) je reprends les bonnes habitudes sportives pour aider à la perte mais surtout à redessiner ma silhouette 💪🏻👌🏻
