Today went well as far as eating and exercise goes. I have not had any cravings, but I am tired though. I guess I am coming down off my late night yesterday. I am going to cook some vegetarian chilli to eat tommorow. I volunteer tutoring students in reading and math on tommorow so I will take a thermos of chilli with me. When I stay busy I eat a lot less. The children give me something else to focus on besides eating. Everyone can probably tell I am rambling. I will sign off now and start cooking. Catch you later!

That chili idea is great! I have a WW 1 point chili recipe that is pretty good. You've inspired me to make some! Thanks! I've learned....beware of late nights. Being tired means grabbing the first easy thing to eat. :-(
