Good Morning and Happy Sunday!

Yesterday, I was able to sneek out early again for my family awoke and got to Curves again. Then I went to Walmart and got all kinds of things to put in my DD's lunch. Monday is her first day of school and she wants to take her lunch box. My son buys lunch at school everyday so I have to get used to packing a lunch for her now. I'm excited for her!!

Hubby and I had made plans last night to have dinner with my best friend and her husband. I had planned ahead to eat minimally earlier in the day. I kinda had a vibe that he might be up to something.

When we got to the restaurant I walked in and looked over at the bar and there was my friend Robin and all of a sudden everone says SUPRISE!!!!! I was shocked, he had gathered everyone there to celebrate my 40th Birthday with me! My mom, friends that I haven't seen, my boss and his wife, all the girls that I work with at the dental office!! It was so nice! My best friend Robin had got this cake made with this goofy picture of my with cat sunglasses on. I had a blast it was such a nice night. My hubby suprised me with tickets to the Musical Wicked and a dinner out in Pittsburgh. That will be in a couple of weeks.

I didn't do too bad on food. I am sure I wasn't within points, but I didn't do as bad as I would have a year ago. I had a lot of Michelob Ultras and I only had a couple of bites of cake. I ordered crab cakes and I had a to die for crab bisque, I did manage to get that all down. LOL

I am up this morning and I am going to have a cup of coffe and try to wake up. I got a new walking video and I think I will try that out before Church this am.

I hope you all have a lovely Sunday!!

That's so awesome! Happy birthday :) Don't worry about the little splurge, it's only a little blip on the radar, and hey, there is a reason to celebrate! I have heard Wicked is AMAZING, I had a lot of friends who went and saw it in New York and loved it.

How cool to have your hubby organize a surprise party for you! And you've been all quiet about the birthday thing, too. So, even though I'm not sure what the actual day is, HAPPY BIRTHDAY! I don't fault you for falling prey to the crab cakes and crab bisque - two of my favorites! It was a special occasion with special people. You deserved to let loose a little : )
