Okay so I have eaten everything for lunch and breakfast today NOW. That’s 465 calories
Then can’t eat until 6:30pm so makes 13 hours no food and then dinner will be Bacon and eggs sandwich with onion rings.
That will push my calorie intake UP and over my 800-1000 a day limit but I’ll be on my Roxk N Fit for 6 sessions of 10 minutes today. So a total of a hour. 😍
Should make up for some of it 😂😂😂
