Ok. So despite bugger all exercise and me eating whatever I want when I want as I haven’t been sticking to my plan. As I start it tomorrow... I lost half a pound.
91.4 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 29.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
