Update. Today I have had 472 calories. Breakfast. Cup of coffee and lunch.

Steak. Chips and onion rings will probably bring that up to 1200. I have no clue

800-1000 is my goal. But like I said. I don’t properly start until tomorrow when I weigh myself.

5am with either give me a boost or break me down Into a calorie counting freak 😂😂😂
