Okay so day 1 will be the official DAY ONE !! I now have only 8 weeks to lose as much of my 32kg / 30kg that I can. But I’m kickstarting it a little today so I am in a habit. Okay... so Breakfast was a stick of celery and a cup of coffee. Dunno how many calories. Lunch is a Batchelors broccoli and cheese pasta that you do in the pan - 424 calories And for Dinner it will be steak , a handful of chips and some onion rings. Dunno about the calories in that either but I know from my 800-1000 a day it’s gonna be over. But once that foods out the way there’s no temptation.
