Anyone here pregnant and trying to minimize weight gain? :) I found out about a week ago that we are expecting! I was careful last pregnancy and only gained 9 lbs. I’m hoping to do that again!

how did you only gain 9lbs? hopefully you were still eating healthy and taking prenatals?

I was! I would never put baby at risk :) she was a healthy 7 lbs something
