I’m 6 months pregnant and only just started my plan today. Should have 6 months ago ha ha but I know how hard it is ! Being hungry. Feeding baby what they want. It’s hard to do that and lose the weight. Just do it safely. I have a air walker ... 60 pound. From STUDIO. It’s gentle and effective exercise and safe for mummy and baby.

Just remember... don’t worry about cutting calories. Just focus on healthy eating and the calories will sort itself out.

To be honest you’re actually a healthy weight now from why I see of your profile and pictures.
I’m not. I have 70 days to lose 30kg before she’s due 8th May. I’m 92kg. Maybe over atm. Haven’t been able to weigh myself so I don’t know if it’s gone up or down.
Keep up the amazing work you look incredible!!

It is a good reason not a excuse don’t lose too much while pregnant just eat healthy maybe some ice cream as a treat
