I actually did a workout and then did yoga afterward. My workout was only 30 mins., so I thought I could do something more. It's Saturday what else am I gonna do?
Well, I've recorded my food for the day so far and what I'm planning on for dinner and snack, and it's a little over 1500. Probably good for a Saturday. We had nothing in the house for lunch but hot pockets, so that was a downfall for the day. I got my grocery shopping done though, so hopefully this week will be a good eating week, lots of veggies.
I'm hoping I can get on tomorrow too and record my cals at least. This is the first time in a while that I've recorded on the weekend, but I need to pay closer attention so I'm not going overboard. Come to find out the calories I eat on the weekend do count. Who knew?!
