This week has been awful exercise wise, Monday was to busy and just walked 10 minutes and the rest of the week I have been sick with my stomach, a gastroentiritis that Thank God is getting better, this week I've lost more weight than usual, but I know it's because of the liquid and bland diet. but I won't let this put me down with my goal.
