Chin up we all have days that we put on a few more pounds. I have no explanation why this happens . Dont feel low as it happens to us all. Last week I.put on 4pounds acording to the scales but this week lost a pound . I have found it best to only get weighed once every 2weeks. X

Dont be put off! We all have these blips at times! Im 245lbs and for people of our weight, it takes a lot longer than those with only a couple of pounds to lose! But youre not competing against them, youre doing this for you and for your health! Keep going and make an extra effort to track everything and not be tempted by all the annoying temptations everywhere!
Imagine how good it will feel to wear whatever clothes you want and all you have to do is pick what you like, not what you have no choice to wear! =)
