Been gone for a while, been pretty busy. And I can say that I am down instead of up!! YIPPY! Hope everyone is doing good.

84.5 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg. Still to go: 11.9 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 1.3 kg a Week
