하루먹는칼로리가 1000대가 되니
살은안빠지더라 내가 무인도에 와있다고
생각하고 꼭필요한 영양소가 아니면
철저하게 제한하고 빨리 보통체중으로 돌아가
더건강한 식단을 해야겠다 !
