Doing my workouts 3x a week. Still not losing anything. Trying to not eat too much, but I still get pretty hungry in the late morning and afternoon. All the extra weight seems to be right around my middle, which is really irritating. My arms and legs are not a problem, but I have to buy clothes that will fit the middle, so they are baggy in the seat and legs. I guess that is what happens when you get old!
