I didn't lose any weight today =( I hope this isn't what I have to expect on this diet! I think I must of ate too many bell peppers and onions yesterday. I guess I need to watch my portion sizes. I'll try harder today! I haven't slipped up yet, even though I have Halloween candy in my house! I want some sugar! I refuse to cheat on my diet though. I figure, I didn't just drink nasty cran water for nothing! I probably should be excercising too.
