Not a lot to report today. Got up early enough yesterday to get a work out in AND do my fatsecreting... not gonna happen today! I was planning on doing tae-bo yesterday, but my DVD player wasn't working, so I ended up finding a 20 minute workout show on our cable's ON DEMAND channel-- I actually found that they have all sorts of exercise shows on there which are free, so I may continue using those when I'm at home... It will help to have some variety.
Did better with food yesterday, although still struggling a bit. Went to Taco Bell for lunch-- that's where I'm making my biggest mistakes. Should be ordering Fresco, or salads, but I'm not! I think I will take some of my own food today, especially snacks.
I have a long day ahead of me. First, it's about an hour drive to the store that I'm going to. Then, I will spend ALL DAY out there as I have to do an evaluation on them. Finally, it will be another hour back home.... Yuck!! Hubby has had a crazy week as well. He thought he was going to be home at a decent time on Monday, then he got sent on a job up north a couple of hours which ended up taking much longer than anyone thought, so he stayed the night, worked on it some more on Tuesday, and still didn't get home until like 9 Tuesday night. Yesterday, he didn't get home until 9:30, and had to be up at 3 this morning to be back to work by 4--- and he doesn't think he'll be home until about 9 or 10 tonight! The hours suck, but he gets overtime, and with the kids getting ready to go back to school and trying to pay off bills to improve our credit, he's willing to do it!
I need to eat some breakfast, drink a big glass of water, get some laundry done, change the sheets on my bed, do a little housework, finish getting ready for work, and get headed out, hopefully all within the next hour, so I better get going! Have a great Thursday-- It's almost FRIDAY!!
