I find that by frying it in a dry nonstick pan, it improves the texture and helps remove the smell. Your dish looks fantastic❣️😋😋😋

I like them as well. I run them under water for quite awhile and boil them also for a bit. Too me that gives the best texture- I like them now and then

How were they? I just bought some the other day for my next pasta dish

They are better as a noodle than as a pasta. If that makes sense. They do not have the texture of pasta at all.

Margaret, the texture is a bit bouncy with a bite. If you’ve had japchae (korean noodle dish) or jelly fish, it’s a lot like that.

I don’t eat it often because I notice my weight goes up by a lb the day after eating it. It’s high fiber so it retains water.

Ok, thanks for the input. I’ll save them for pho

Enjoyed them, but thought they were a tiny gummy Margaret. Will definitely try another way of preparing them next time.

I also had a small uptick on the scale the next day Moopie, but I was overindulging on the sugar and fat a bit too so was no surprise there.

Hi, I used mine for spaghetti, rinsed them really well first and cooked them for three minutes. Not bad. I’ll use them again. They’re better than zucchini zoodles
